Firstly , I 'd like you to know that I can assist you in the viewing of and any and all MLS listed homes , regardless of which company posts the listing .

If you are looking for someone who  will work with you through the entire process of buying or selling then you are in the right spot .

If you are a first time home buyer or if you feel uncertain about the process then don't worry . If there is anything you are not sure about just ask . There is no such thing as a stupid question - remember that.

If I can't give you an answer immediately , I'll get you one promptly .

As a buyer , if you are not ready to start your search yet - well here's  a tip - it is never too early to start acquiring information - to become knowledgeable . I can be very patient and I  do not pressure anyone to buy or sell.

In return for my total commitment to you , I ask just one thing of you - a commitment from you to buy through me . I earn income only when a sale or purchase is made through me . Otherwise, it is all expenses to me .

If you are considering selling and intend to interview several agents to see who will give you the best rate and list at the highest price , perhaps you might want to reconsider. Some people tell you want they think you want to hear, as opposed to the facts.

If you are determined to sell on your own , that 's fine . You can still count on me to work with you in finding and negotating for your new home .

If your goal is to have someone work for you who will price your house as per market dictates and charge you a reasonable fee then feel free to call me . I work hard to sell your home and ensure it gets full exposure and maximum possible price .
